Reformer pilates uses a specialised machine with adjustable springs that provide variable resistance. This allows for a wider range of exercises, deeper muscle engagement, and more precise alignment work compared to mat-based sessions. Many members find it gentler on joints while still delivering a challenging workout.
Wear comfortable activewear and clean indoor sneakers. Bring a water bottle and a small towel. We provide everything else — from equipment to hair dryers in our sparkling change rooms. Arrive ten minutes early so our front-desk team can show you around.
Your membership includes an initial consultation and fitness assessment with a qualified trainer. Ongoing one-on-one personal training sessions are available as an add-on package at competitive rates, allowing you to choose the level of support that fits your goals and budget.
