Do you offer childcare at your clubs?

Many of our clubs provide supervised childcare facilities so you can focus on your workout knowing your little ones are safe and entertained. Check with your local club for specific hours and age requirements.

How is reformer pilates different from mat pilates?

Reformer pilates uses a specialised machine with adjustable springs that provide variable resistance. This allows for a wider range of exercises, deeper muscle engagement, and more precise alignment work compared to mat-based sessions. What should I bring to my first session?
