Last updated: 10 January 2026

These terms and conditions govern your use of the intefs.com website and the fitness, wellness, and related services provided by Fernwood Women's Health Clubs (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 49 123 716 950), trading as InteFS. By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Eligibility and Membership

InteFS services are available exclusively to women aged sixteen years and older. Members under eighteen require parental or guardian consent. Membership is personal and non-transferable. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

Membership Fees and Payment

Membership fees are outlined in your membership agreement and are payable in accordance with the billing frequency selected at the time of enrolment. Fees may be adjusted with no less than thirty days' written notice. Failure to maintain current payment details or honour scheduled payments may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges.

Club Access and Conduct

Members must present valid identification or use the designated check-in system upon each visit. You agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is respectful to staff, other members, and the facility. The following behaviours are prohibited and may result in immediate membership termination:

  • Harassment, intimidation, or abusive language directed at any person on the premises.
  • Use of club facilities while under the influence of alcohol or illicit substances.
  • Recording or photographing other members without their express consent.
  • Subletting, sharing, or otherwise transferring membership access to another individual.

Health and Safety

You acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, cardiovascular events, and bone injury. You confirm that you are in suitable health to participate in physical activity and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions to our team. It is your responsibility to consult a qualified healthcare professional before commencing a new exercise program, particularly if you have pre-existing health concerns.

Cancellation and Cooling-Off

Membership cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or via the designated online form. A minimum notice period, as specified in your membership agreement, applies. Where applicable under Australian Consumer Law, a cooling-off period of seven business days from the date of enrolment allows cancellation without penalty.
