Our personal trainers hold nationally accredited qualifications and undergo continuous professional development in areas specific to female physiology, including hormonal cycle awareness, peri-menopausal training adaptations, and post-natal return-to-exercise protocols. Sessions take place on our purpose-built gym floor or in a private training zone, depending on your comfort level. How It Works

  1. Initial Consultation: A relaxed, no-pressure conversation where your trainer learns about your health background, training experience, and what success looks like for you.

  3. Program Design: Your trainer builds a periodised plan with clear phases — foundation, build, peak, and recovery — ensuring sustainable progress without burnout.
  4. Guided Sessions: Each session focuses on correct form, progressive overload, and mental encouragement. Your trainer adjusts the plan in real time based on how you feel and perform.
  5. Progress Reviews: Regular check-ins every four to six weeks reassess measurements, strength benchmarks, and subjective wellbeing so the program stays on track.
