- Tai Chi: Slow, deliberate movement sequences that build balance, reduce stress, and cultivate inner calm. Particularly popular with members over fifty.
- Box Fit: Non-contact boxing drills combined with cardio circuits. Gloves on, stress out — a seriously empowering workout.
- Core Conditioning: Thirty-five minutes focused exclusively on the abdominals, obliques, lower back, and pelvic floor. Small group, big results.
